Installation of the pools
The undeniable advantage of the finished polyester pools is the uncomplicated quick and easy assembly, which can be carried out in just a few days. It is best to commission a local construction company with the construction preparation, it is typical work / earthwork, masonry etc. / that almost any team can handle.
The installation of the pool consists of several basic steps, which we describe briefly below. It is important that each of the work is carried out in accordance with the recommendations. Careful execution of the stages guarantees long-term use of the pool.
1Carrying out the excavation
An excavation should be made in the place designated for the pool. Excavation in rectangular size according to the outside pool size + min. 40 cm on each side (space for pipework). If the filtration engine room is to be located behind the swimming pool, make a longer trench at least 2 m longer.
Make the trench about 20-30 cm deeper than the pool height.
2The plate for the pool
At the bottom of the trench, it is best to make a concrete screed so that the pool stands on a stable substrate. 10-15cm thick, concrete B20, reinforced with wire mat for screeds. Remember to level the plate.
On the prepared floor we distribute polystyrene gr approx. 5cm-10cm. It will be a uniform base for the pool, as well as an insulation through which we avoid heat loss from the plate. /Styropor for spouts or styrodur/
3Setting up the pool
Embedding the pool in the pit – necessary to do this, rent a small crane or hds, displacement according to the mass of the pool. The crane must have a boom that allows the pool to be lifted on 4 lanes, each 4 m long. After placing on the plate a final check of the levels and the alignment of the troughs relative to the garden.
4Underpinning of the stairs
The construction of a solid support under the stairs requires a long-term use of the pool. The foundation is best done with a concrete foundation block. Make sure each step is bricked on its entire surface. Fill the last gaps between the pool and the underpinning with polyurethane foam so that no airspace is free.
5Installation of the pipe

6Pouring the pool
We pour water into the pool at a level of about 20-25 cm while we pour the sides of the pool. We fill the sides of the pool in a width of about 15-20 cm over the entire circumference with sand and cement mortar in a ratio of 4:1 until the water and mortar levels are equalized. Gently pour over the mortar with water and beat gently with your hand. Repeat the process to the top of the pelvis.
It is necessary to separate the floor covering from the domestic floor, preferably a lost formwork is to be used for the barrier, i. e. left permanently/e. g. plasterboard, fiberboard, osb etc.
7Finishing
The bank and the surroundings of the pool are completed at your own discretion, e. g. curbs, exotic boards, composite panels, tiles, paving stones etc.
